Update: April 2020

The government has cancelled all events until 1 June 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak. The New Ground Festival would have taken place from 5 to 7 June 2020. It would be irresponsible of us to host an event with 400+ people less than a week after 1 June. Therefore, after many discussions and careful consideration, we have decided to postpone the New Ground Festival 2020. Everyone signed up will receive a refund and we are hoping this will be processed within the next few weeks.

We are excited to announce that on Saturday 10th October, we will be having a New Ground Festival Day at Beloofde Land. Please add this to your agendas to keep the date free. More details will be announced about the once we have more information.

Keep an eye on announcements from your travel company (airline, ferry, train etc.) as to the measures they have in place due to the coronavirus. Many companies are offering refunds or the opportunity to rebook for later dates.

These prices include full access to the conference activities: main meetings, sports and activities as well as the delicious BBQ on Saturday evening. Accommodation is booked separately (see the accommodation page for more details).

Please note: the only meal we are providing is the BBQ on Saturday evening. You will be responsible for arranging all the other meals for the weekend (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast & lunch and Sunday breakfast & lunch). There is a store onsite which will be open on Friday until 5pm and on Saturday from 9am until 12pm. It is closed on Sunday. There is a snackbar on site which will be open on Friday evening from 5:30pm until 7pm and on Saturday from 12:30pm until 2pm. The nearest shops in Voorthuizen are a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away. You might want to consider forming meal groups with others you know on site to share the responsibility.

Serving

We have various options for you to get involved at the Festival. You can serve at check-in and -out, help during the services as a steward, or help with our kids programmes. If you select to serve in kids work, your ticket for the conference will be free. The price will automatically be deducted by the booking system from your final total price.
