Mission: Seeking God’s heart through worship, prayer, and biblical teaching as we step boldly into His purposes.
Equipping: Inspiring and empowering individuals of all ages to make disciples and be part of planting vibrant, Spirit-filled churches.
Who is it for?
The Festival is open to everyone in the New Ground family of churches, from the youngest to the oldest! Whether you’re a parent, student, youth leader, or simply part of the wider church community, this event is designed for you. Bring your friends and family—we want everyone to feel included in this shared celebration.

- Special BBQ: A shared meal on Saturday evening to foster connection and community.
- Lounge area: Every evening there is a space for adults to meet, have a drink, live-music and play a game or participate in a quiz.

Accommodations
There’s something for everyone! Choose from:
- Camping/Caravan: Spacious fields for tents. If you have camped before, we encourage you to camp to leave our accommodations for those that have no camping gear available. Churches will be allocated a designated area where you can set-up tents and marquees.
There are limited hardened areas (20) designated for caravans and campervans, these might not be close to your church’s field. - Chalets: Lodges accommodating 8–10 people with a mix of bedrooms and living spaces. With a limited kitchen for your cooking needs.
- Rooms: Private rooms for 2, 4 or 6 persons. Some with private bathrooms, ideal for families. Otherwise bathroom facilities in the hallway.
- Dormitories: Our cheapest non-camping option. Two dormitories with 12 beds each. One for males and one for females.
Each of these options is on-site to enjoy the weekend. You can also stay off-site if you wish to travel back and forth for each day.
See below for pictures of the various bedrooms.

Looking Ahead

We understand that our family of churches is made up out of many different people with many different circumstances. Our ticket prices could pose a problem to you financially. We don’t want this to be a burden to you. Please reach out to your church coordinator or leader to discuss options as your church might be able to provide assistance to you.
Yes, if you are sleeping in one of the bookable accommodations, you need to bring bedlinnen for the beds. This is compulsory. If you can’t bring your own, or if you prefer to rent this, you an book this extra during the booking process.
We are actively looking for kids workers to help serve during the kids activities durng the morning services. Right now you can also apply for volunteering for this role when you already serve in kids ministry in your local church. We will check this and if you don’t have a VOG through your church already we will contact you about the process to apply for a VOG.
Whether you have a potty-trained tortoise, a slightly nervous hamster, or a perfectly well-mannered dog, we kindly ask that you leave your beloved pets with a trusted caretaker at home. (Unless your tortoise is interested in leading our senior ministry—then we’ll talk!)

Bedlinnen can be rented and booked when you book in, or brought from home.
Our main sessions will be conducted in English, but we are working on providing live translation into German, Dutch, and French to ensure everyone feels included.
