• Cancellation and Refund policy

    In short, when you make a written request no later than 30 days before the first day of the conference or event, you will fully be reimbursed. You can find our complete cancellation and refund policy here: Cancellation and Refund policy  

  • Payment menthods

    You can pay via iDeal (Netherlands) and bancontact (Belgium). We also offer credit card payment (for Germany) but be aware that this will bring extra costs for our organization as we pay a percentage, instead of a very small fixed fee. If you would like, we can organize a manual booking, by sending your information

  • Traveling from Germany

    When traveling from Germany or Belgium, we offer you a discount. Please ask your church coordinator for the discount code to use during the booking process, at the bottom of the booking page.

  • Financial difficulties

    We understand that our family of churches is made up out of many different people with many different circumstances. Our ticket prices could pose a problem to you financially. We don’t want this to be a burden to you. Please reach out to your church coordinator or leader to discuss options as your church might
